How do I place an order?
All orders are submitted via the order form on our website.
Please include your preferred collection, selected items or package, quantities and required date. Each request is reviewed before confirmation.
Are all orders accepted?
No - not all order requests are accepted.
Blackbird & Blossom accepts a limited number of orders to ensure each collection is completed to a high standard.
We only take on bookings that align with our availability and design style.
Can I request a custom theme?
Custom themes may be requested via the order form.
Please note that not all custom requests are accepted. We prioritise designs that align with the Blackbird & Blossom aesthetic.
What can I order?
You can:
select from our curated collection packages or
build your own order by choosing individual items (minimum quantities apply)
What is the minimum order?
Individual items are available in minimum quantities of 12 per item.
Collection packages are also available and offer a complete, styled selection across multiple items.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance.
Availability is limited and released based on capacity.
Do you offer delivery?
Pickup is available from Newcastle, NSW.
Delivery is not available.
When is payment required?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order.
The remaining balance is due prior to pickup.
How should I store the desserts?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
If refrigerated, allow items to return to room temperature before serving.
How long do they last?
For best quality, we recommend enjoying your desserts within 2–3 days.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We do not offer allergen-free or dietary-specific options.
All products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, gluten, nuts and soy.
